Production Process
On the basis of aluminized tubes, high-temperature passivation is carried out to form granular alumina on their surface, which improves their thermal radiation performance and corrosion resistance.

1 High temperature resistance
After aluminum coating, the service temperature of steel can be increased by about 300 °C compared to the same type of steel that has not been aluminum coated.
2 High Corrosion resistance
Hot dipped aluminum steel has a double-layer structure: a surface pure aluminum layer and an Al Fe alloy layer.
3 Good abrasion resistance
According to measurements, the microhardness value of the surface of aluminum infiltrated steel can reach around HV900. Therefore, its wear resistance (such as sediment wear and solid material wear in chemical processes) is very good.
4 Good extensibility
Compared with similar products, Mesco's alloy steel radiation tube has its own unique technology, which is made of a mixture of various chemical elements and made of high-quality steel. It has excellent ductility and can be bent into various shapes.
5 High heat dissipation efficiency
After aluminum infiltration treatment, the surface of the alloy steel radiation tube is uniformly dispersed with small particles of various elements, which increases the heat dissipation area of the radiation tube and significantly improves its heat dissipation efficiency.
