The G550 grade of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate is commonly produced through either the alloy method or the annealing method. When the thickness of the steel plate ranges from 0.5 to 1.4 mm, the alloy method is typically preferred. In this thickness range, the annealing process presents several challenges, such as difficulty in rolling, lower elongation, and poorer stability of the material (unstable hardness).
