1. At present, there are only 4 aluminized silicon steel manufacturers and 1 foreign-funded steel mill in China, and they are all state-owned steel mills, with higher pricing and high management costs, because state-owned steel mills have to bear huge social responsibilities and have a large number of employees;
2. Of these 5 steel plants, 4 of them cannot eat enough. Each time they switch zinc pots for debugging, only a few thousand tons are used, which will lead to a high single-time scrap rate, which invisibly increases the production cost of aluminized silicon steel !
3. After the aluminized steel plate is coated, a layer of aluminum powder must be sprayed on the surface of the steel plate, and then melted at high temperature. The process is also very complicated. The increase in this process has led to a substantial increase in cost!
